Surgical Kits to Child Cancer Patients

On 12th August 2025 the Rotary Club of Pashupati Kathmandu, successfully organized a Medical & Surgical Goods Distribution Program at Bhaktapur Cancer Hospital. This initiative was conducted in collaboration with the Rotaract Club of Pashupati Kathmandu and the Rotaract Club of Pashupati Nepal Law Campus.
In keeping with our Rotary motto, Service Above Self, this project aimed to provide essential medical and surgical supplies to the hospital, thereby making a meaningful contribution to patient care and community well-being.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Ujjwal Chalise, Executive Director of the hospital, for acknowledging the long-standing relationship between our club and the hospital, and for his gracious words of appreciation for our continued service. We also deeply appreciate Dr. Ritu Lamichhane for her kind expression of thanks.
The program was hosted by our Service Project Chair, Rtn. Harka Saud, and ably led by our President, Rtn. Ganesh Subedi. Special recognition goes to our Club Secretary, Rtn. Manoj Poudel, for his dedicated coordination with the hospital in making this program possible.
We were further honored by the gracious presence of Assistant Governor, Rtn. Binita Hada, whose encouragement and support added great value to the event.
Through such impactful projects, the Rotary Club of Pashupati Kathmandu reaffirms its commitment to uniting for good, fostering fellowship, and serving our community with dedication and purpose.
